Yep, and i wonder...what can i do in 7.6.1 with a rage 128, i got the 128 to at least have better video resolution than 800x600, and potentially some 3d. I want to have a pure 7.6.1 machine for nostalgia, and this system and the price was good.

You might want to dual boot Mac OS 8.6/9.1, as the ATI drivers are more mature and things like Game Sprocket extensions are native to this OS and required for a lot of early 3D titles.

You'll want Quickdraw3D and RAVE programs for System 7, I think you need 8.6 for OpenGL.

Once you get 8.6/9.1 on there, you may as well get a G3 or G4. These machines are slow with later Mac OS versions.

Hmm, well i am bidding on a 6500/225 board for it to upgrade it. but i just want a system 7.6.1 foolaround machine. the Rage 128 was more for resolution than anything else, since it will let me use VGA at better resolutions vs HD15
