FoxPro on a Mac Plus?

I installed Microsoft FoxPro 2.5b on a 4mb Mac Plus running System 7.0.1. However, it will not launch. Suggested memory size is 5,000. I set it to 2400. After double clicking the app, the Finder appears to do "something" but FoxPro does not launch. About This Macintosh says Memory 4096k, System uses 1,308k, largest unused block 2,779k. Only After Dark 2.0x and SuperClock are running.

Because of the year this program was released, I thought it might run on a Macintosh Plus 4mb. Is there anything I can do to make it happen?

Thanks.

If the RAM requirements start at 5MB, you may be out of luck with just the 4MB of a Mac Plus. Some programs will launch if you lower the minimum RAM assignment, but others will malfunction. Looks like 2.5b is from ~1993.

Yes, I thought 1993 was within reach. :) Maybe not. Time to look for FoxPro 2.0 maybe? :)
