Flyback for Color Classic

I'm looking for a flyback for my Mac Color Classic. As with all Flybacks from Compact Macs, it's impossible to find xx(

Does anyone know a source when they still have old stock or so from these ?

Mine is from MTI, anyone tested a flyback from another model/manufacturer ?

They are pretty hard to find. You might have to buy another working board (any mac logic with the same flyback) and unsolder it.

I don't know any other boards with the same Flyback. My collection is limited to 68K Macs,

I only have 1x M1212 color monitor and that's it.

Finding a color classic Analog board for sale isn't going to happen soon.

Anyone with ideas ?

Well there was somebody here with a broken CRT in one, they might end up with a spare analog board.

Are you sure the flyback is bad? I haven't heard of them failing often.

I have a color classic analog parts board. it had a bad HSTAT control. it was inop, so i replaced the entire analog board. I also removed and lost the zener diodes that always look scorched. So if this doesnt matter, let me know.

But ive never shipped international before. So i have no idea there.

Shipping international is easy, it's expensive though. USPS is by far the cheapest way to do it. If the flyback will fit in a small flat rate box, you could send it anywhere in the world for around $14. If you send the whole board, it will probably cost a bit more. Cost rises rather sharply with weight these days too. The process is straightforward though, just pack it, put the address on it, then go to the post office and they will have you fill out the proper customs form.
