Hi,

Did you get this working?

I have a Dayna pocket SCSI/Ethernet box Im trying to use to connect a Classic to an old iMac G3 - the candy coloured ones.

I've put the project on hold for a while until I have some more time for it. So sorry, Can't help you further.

The iMac G3 should have an intergrated ethernet port though, any reason not to use it?

After installing the software for my ethernet card (Farallon), I could not get my internet to work until I installed Open Transport.  Then it was a cake walk.

I was using OS7, and I installed OT v 1.1.2  I don't know if this would be helpfull or not.

Would you have any copy of the OpenTransport disk by any chance?
I do have a copy, but I only have my CC, and I can not figure out how to send it to you.

Right now I am running 7.6.1.  If you can tell me how to format a floppy, I can move open transport to it and then mail it to you.

The machines are joined at a switch. The Classic has the SCSI / Ethernet device and the G3 connects through its own Ethernet port.
