Disk II Mac Mini

Now just for shits, grins and giggles wouldn't it be interesting to take the empty Mac Mini case and see if the Disk II innards would fit in it to turn that into an Apple II drive?

Just my two cents worth,

I've seen a Mini, and I've seen a Disk II, and this ain't gonna happen, no way no how.

What would be interesting is to use the extra space inside the Disk II to mount a fast cheap desktop sized hard drive, either with a reverse 3.5"-2.5" adapter, as in the Centris Mini hack, or via Firewire.

A half-height drive might fit the vertical constraint, but the Mac mini case is not deep enough, IIRC.
