Are various models of Nvidia 6200 all the same?

All,
I would be interested to upgrade the current display adapter on my 450MHz cube. I've seen a guide (here, I guess) of how to take a XFX 6200 and burn new ROM onto it. The guide and on the Mac Elite site it says to use exactly one model "XFX Geforce 6200, PV-T44A-WANG 256MB DDR2". Those are quite expensive on ebay, or the shipping from the US is, whereas some other models (in Europe) of XFX 6200 are quite a lot cheaper. Now there are eg
  • 6200 LE, 256MB, DDR2, AGP 8x
  • 6200 512MB PV-T44A-YA, note double RAM
  • 6200TC 256MB PV-T44P-RAMG VL.1
  • 6200 128MB PV-T44A-RAMG, note less RAM
Are these directly compatible with the ROM? Or Is that ROM strictly model specific?
What does those different model names actually tell us?
