Apple Cinema Display Trouble

I am having a problem with my 2005 Apple Cinema Display (a1081, 20"). When I plug it in and turn it on, all I get is a dark screen. There is also no indicator light activity. Just a blank screen and LED. I can tell that it is receiving power because the LCD will light up, and I can even adjust the brightness levels, but there just isn't any picture. However, the USB and Firewire ports work just fine. I tested it on my Powerbook G4 and a Powermac G5. Both detect the display and I can move my mouse into the space where my desktop on the monitor would be (but I obviously can't see anything). I have also tried 3 different 65W power supplies, and all of them work with other units, just not this one (so that isn't the problem). Just a side note (may or may not have to do with the problem): when I have the DVI cable plugged into a computer, all of the lights turn on (including the LCD backlight and the green light on the Mobo). When I don't have the video cable connected, neither the LCD backlight or green LED on the MoBo light up. Again, that may just be how it works, or that may be part of my issue. Do you think that it is the Main Board or the Power Inverter?

Thanks
