But taking his meaning to be Intel iMac...
No, because I received these disks when I bought some Apple Remote Controls. I thought I was getting three poorly identified remotes for about $15, and when I received them each was in a box like an accessory kit and included a set of iMac DVDs as well as a User's Guide to what appears to be an Intel based iMac with iSight camera. At least, the camera is mentioned in the User's Guide.
So that's the machine these were probably intended for. I bought two used MDDs and a used 17" 800 MHz G4 iMac just before the holidays in 2007 and am finally getting around to configuring them, so I can replace the G3-upgraded 8100, and FrankenMac'd S900 with 1 GHz G3 that we've been using.
I was rather hoping I could use these serendipitously acquired Tiger DVDs to install Tiger, because 10.4.11 is my target system for these guys.
As it turns out, I've since purchased a set of Tiger DVDs on Ebay. I gave up on hacking those Intel iMac disks.
