Yes, I always write the EEPROM to the TL866, sometimes to new ones. It's a process I've done many times, with other graphics cards and even SATA cards, and I've repeated it several times with this Radeon 9100. I also use low-temperature solder to avoid overheating. I haven't changed anything.
I'm not very experienced, but with that detail I remembered about ATI's lock on the 9100 to prevent flashing with the ATI Updater, I think something is "intercepting" the EEPROM data.
Why did your "Test1" seem to work? It showed information, but the rest didn't? I really wouldn't be able to find a solution without your help.
