No worries, psu works now.. just light stays orange.. no crt coming on.. is that psu or analog board now?I had an issue with my MBP the other night - I was putting together a list for you and did not pay attention to the battery level. I managed to run it out and it just died while I was working on it (I have about 40 other windows and other apps open, but it should handle that, right?) anyway, I'll get it to you later today (Saturday), sorry for the delay.

The little brass "claws" go near the AC outlet to help ground everything.Ok; thank-you for the info. All is correct now. I know my flyback was on its way out, as it made the noise of bad flybacks a lot, so probably that. Do you remember where this goes? Little brass plate?
Perfect thanks! The little brass "claws" go near the AC outlet to help ground everything.
