Quick munchies (a musing)

I've recently re-started weightwatchers, cos I'm a lil porker, and one of the things I loved last time I was on it, was a pita-bread pizza. It's basically a pita bread/tortilla with browned ground beef, ham, tomato paste, onions mushrooms cheese and capsicum... I started making it, and being a chilli lover (drool) had chilli mince all ready, started putting it all together, and realised I'd forgotten both mushrooms and cheese when shopping. ack! crap! I can't eat pizza without mushies or cheese... so I threw on the tomato and onions with the meat/pizza base, popped on lettuce, rolled it up and ate it how it was. yummo! It's a kinda tortilla/pizza/kebab/taco thing all in one. takes about 5 minutes too, when you don't have to chop the mushrooms! dana (with a happy belly) Quadra 605 Obsessions

Anyway, I once had a plate of very nice nachos, with chilli con carne instead of salsa. If you were to remove all of the capcacium from chilies, they would cease to be hot.
