Hi there everybody! Lee told me to pop in an introduce myself so here I am! Some of you may have seen me over at the MAF (under the same name) but I just started coming here since I got my Newton yesterday and haven't been able to put it down since

I wasn't sure what rank to give myself but I figured that I'm to new to start off as an officer or whatever so a Private with do for now

BTW, pop into my other thread and give me a shout if you've got any Newt stuff you'd like to trade/sell

BTW, here is how to do those hyperlinks here:

just add quotes around the URL while inside the brackets.

I like what this thread has turned into

So I'm the only one in the Engineering corp so far? Does that mean I can change my rank to Engineer 1st Class?

Ya got another engineer here, but I don't think I'm command material (don't really take orders too well neither ). I'm more the Weekend Warrior, Army Reservist sort that goes out looking for bargain Mac swag at garage sales.

I guess in 68k land I would have to be either a "Hypercard Engineer" or a "Trapeze Artist" (* wondering if anyone will guess the reference *). In any case, I definitely belong in the CCC (Cantankerous Coot Contingent) of the 68kMLA Reserve.

Nothing wrong with being a reservist - after all, our reserves have come in handy in some very productive missions!
