XLR8 CarrierZIF - XLR27 R1.0 switch settings

Does anyone know where I can find the manual and/or info on the switch settings for this CPU upgrade card?

I found some info on an older? version that has 12 switches but this one only has 10.

Google "XLR8 Universal CD (I)"

Installation guide "MACh Carrier G4 MPe.pdf" mentions 10 switches. I don't know if that's the same card.
