What should I use to lubricate display hinges?

Many of my PowerBooks, but especially my 5300, could benefit from having their hinges lubricated. What do you guys use?

I typically use some type of white silicon grease for such things as its generally kinder on plastics than lithium grease

That's what I have on the shelf right now, but only because I use ambersil products a lot at work. It's a pretty common product group that you should be able to find easily enough from a number of brands
