What should I do with this machine?

The SCA adapter option would be my choice with a floppy emu. It's a bit cheaper and if you want a SCSI2SD in the future you can always grab one.

max1zzz (the easiest way, especially for finding disks in the future)

Thanks, I'll probably get the emu and just prepare the SD myself.
You can use mini vMac to create a bootable hard disk disk. (much easier because as said above, you can't use both HD and Floppy mode together)

First (if you haven't done so), get a Mac Plus ROM (which cannot in any way be found on the internet by doing a simple google search :sarcasm: :p  ), and Mini vMac

Then, download system 6 from the MacGarden or Macgui.com.

Boot from system Disk.

Insert HD image (just pick one from the "blanks" folder, link above), 2GB is BIG!

Follow the installer, drag floppy images on the emulator.

Done.

Then you can move the HD image with a freshly installed OS to your Floppy EMU's SD card.

You'll be able to move that HD to the SCSI2Whatever or proper SCSI drive afterwards, just drag and drop after initialising your new drive.
