What is this/how does it work?

Hey guys,

I thought I had lost this, but found it again in a pile of cards. What does this do, and how does one use it? I am sure it is some sort of video adapter, and if memory serves me, I got it out of a Mac Plus about 20 years ago.

It allows output to a 1-bit monitor that is specifically paired with it. If I remember correctly, if you don't have the specific monitor that goes with it, its useless

Sounds awesome! I am sure there must be a way somehow to adapt it.

If it's pulling the video signal directly from the motherboard, I wonder if one of those cheap arcade RGB to VGA adapters would work.
