RS also has a presence in Australia and might be worth a look. Their UK arm is pretty good, anyway.

Discharging - the main thing for 'not destroying anything else' is to make sure you ground it to the right place.

Thanks for the suggestion - unfortunately RS doesn't let me buy any less then 5 RIFA replacements - I only need 2.
Again thank you for the suggestion! Element 14 seems to be the best option for me.
Grounding to the ground lug should be enough to protect my Plus, so thats a huge relief
