I just got this to accompany my iBook for recording. The one I got is a 1/4", this defiantly beats mac's with built in sound in.

I actually bought this at my local GuitarCenter.

Nice. Better than my method of recording my guitar and bass, just a male 1/8th inch to a female 1/4th inch.

I thought it was good, screw this thing, its only good to use with a microphone. Put it into a mixer and you get the ground loop. got my money back and bought a Behringer U-Control UCA200 differance between the 201 and my 200 is mine does not have a headphone out.
