Hey, I used the Soft 475 Overclock panel on my LC475 in a recent video.
And it works fine, mostly, but there are a couple of issues.
Whats weird is, its author posted a message to me about it, but I cannot for the life of my now, find where he posted it, hence this message.
He said that I was using an older version of the panel, and there is a newer one in which you CAN use the panel/overclocking whilst the machine is in 24-bit memory addressing. However, I have already got version 5.0.2 installed, which is listed as the NEW version on his website.

When it has installed, it shows the Control Panel as being 5.0.2 pre-release, whilst the extension for it is 5.0.1
The rub is that THIS version does not work when the machine is in 24-bit addressing mode.
I have benched it at 25MHz, set it at 40MHz using quick settings, benched it again and same speed.
Also, when I use its custom settings I have YET to see any of them actually produce results which I would expect.
For example if I set it as 40MHz using the Quick Settings panel then test it
And then if I use the Control Panel and CUSTOM settings and set 41MHz (reboot) and then bench it again, the results are identical.
So, is there some kind of beta pre-pre-release of this I need to get a-hold of
