Simple DB25 FtoF gender adapter work on scsi DB25?

Does anyone know if a simple female to female DB25 adapter like this would work for scsi. I just need to change a male port on an external device so that i can use my regular scsi DB25 cable.

I don't know if it's exactly the same one but I have one that looks identical in use for SCSI here and it works fine.

As long as it's "straight through" (which it appears to be) and not a "null modem" you should be fine.
