SE and noise on screen

Hi,

I replaced the broken CRT with the working one „borrowed” from my Plus. It works apart from the fact it gives me random noise/mess on screen - like suddenly appearing horizontal bars and such. They are not solid bars that are on screen entire time.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

I had similar issues on one of my builds and it was due to the neck board solder joints coming loose (the part that is attached to the neck). I would inspect/reflow those as well as the connector on the analog board.

ObeyDaleks: thank you so much for giving me a hint concerning neck board. Totally forgot about resoldering those joints in SE/30 many years ago.
