SE/30 - garbled startup chime, SCSI not working

I have an SE/30 which I just cleaned / recapped recently. It used to make no sound at all, but after a thorough cleaning and recap, it now makes this abrasive startup chime. Also, it was/is unable to read anything from an HD I have hooked up to it, which I have confirmed working on another machine.

Have you any good clear pics of the logic board - was there much electrolite on the board when you took off the old caps

Probably a broken trace near the SCSI chip.
