Repairing a LC PSU

I have bought a cheap complete setup, but the logic Board was bombed.

The PSU was not doing much, even with new caps. So removed components to clean below and put everything back. Still nothing.

Then removed and replaced the TL431, and this time the PSU worked.

Second time i fix one of those with the same component.

Cap juice had shorted it I think.

Is this TDK or what brand PSU?
