Radius Rocket StageII not recognized in IIfx

My Rocket is not recognised in my IIfx! The slot shows empty in diagnostic applications.

Does anybody have some hints where to start troubleshooting?
Tried different IIfx and all slots... Different OS'es, with no avail

Check the pins for displacement/damage

Check -12V is getting to the Nubus slots

The card had two separate problems...

One resistor array was broken in half:

And there were several loose pins on one of the two ASICs:

I added a socket for the resistor array and installed a 330ohms array (original was 470ohms, but 330 was what I had on hand and it seems to work just fine for now) and tucked down the loose pins on the ASIC and the card sprung to life
