Hi all, I found one of these colour calibrators at a car boot today in Wandsworth - it's in shrink wrap still! I don't have a use for it but wanted to rescue it, does anyone have a need for it? £10 + P&P.

Pics to come soon!
I had one of those and also had no use for it. An interesting thing about it is it includes a set of Pantone color thingies -- at least, the one I had did. A bunch of bits of cardboard with a different color on each one. I sold mine to a fellow who was interested in the Pantone thingies.
I've got a really old Pantone Book that lists the percentages for mixing from their translucent printing ink color set. I used it for a rough guesstimation starting point in mixing my opaque sign enamels and screen printing inks.
I've got a Radius PrecisionView 2150 that was my main production workstation/playstation monitor until agout 2 1/2 years ago. I got it as a local pickup off eBay up in the BBApple after my Radius PrecisionColor 20 got fuzzy enough to be put out to pasture. It lived to a ripe old age as the 640 x 480 VCR Movie Monitor replacement for a 5xxx's 15" POS. CRT in my MultiMediaTelCoRack until about 2004!
If you haven't found a use for the calibrator, I'd love to play around with it! Gimme a price or a list of 68k iWantBarterBits if you'd like to see it put to "good" use as a playtoy! [] ]'>
