Radius 81/110 - Power Supply

I'd like to recap the power supply in my Radius 81 but I'm having a hard time figuring out how to disassemble it. I don't see any screws just a bunch of rivets. Has anyone ever worked on one of these before?

just drill the rivets and replace them either with new rivets or screws when you put it back together
