Radius 24x just died

Nooo.. my radius 24x just died.. was working ok for an hour.. then i got a scrolling screen of lines..
Rebooted and now its a no output... darn.. any ideas before I go dive in folks?

Have you tried it since it has cooled down?

Also, try a different slot

Hum. I wonder if a VRAM chip failed like others have said based on the initial symptom. Otherwise... I've heard that those BT RAMDACs used to fail. Good news is there is someone selling those RAMDACs on ebay.

First easy thing to check (it won't be it, but regardless), is check the crystal is OK. Do you have a scope?

The eBay listing for the RAMDAC is sold out, but just so you know, the ADV473KP110 is an equivalent part.

Have you checked for lose pins on the chips?

Thats good to know cheers.. yeah checked all ics for dodgy pins etc.. visually the card is nice.
