Quicktake 200 Software for Windows?

Just picked up a really clean boxed Quicktake 200 and I'm having trouble locating the software for it for Windows. I have a copy for the Macintosh but that doesn't help me at the moment because I only have access to a Windows machine. I believe it should also work with Fuji's software for the DS-7 but I haven't been able to find that either.

This site (under PC software) mentions the DS-7 driver (Win3.11/95/NT, mentions working under XP, everything above might prove tricky!) and has at least a working download (exe).

I haven't been able to get the download to work at all, I did see that though. Any idea why it wouldn't work?

Edit: I'm stupid, tried it in Firefox instead and I got the .exe, trying that now
