Prototype card?

Hey guys. I got a pair of IIgses over here, both woz editions, and both appear to be slightly different revisions. One of them has the memory expansion card, which is HUGE. The other one has some sort of auxillary fan strapped to the power supply and plugs in to a port on the mobo.

What peaked my interest, is the IIgs with the aux fan, appears to have some sort of prototype card in it. I say that for 2 reasons:

-the PCB is not green, but looks like the blank prototype cards that show up on ebay from time to time.

-Also, the serial ports hanging off appear to be hand soldered, and the wires are not ribboned, like other Apple II cards I have seen with dongles.

It does have some information silkscreened on it, which reads:

John Bell Engineering (has bell logo too)

Made in USA

of course I could be wrong, and it could be a run of the mill II card, but the PCB color strikes me as odd. I googled the info, and only found one other JBE card out there.

If it's not prototype, what can it do? manual? drivers? cables? or does it even have any value?

I am really curious about II cards, but can't find much info out there.

It's some type of Analog to Digital converter... probably used in a lab for some scientifical purpose.

It is an Analog to Digtal converter. I have one or two of the them. Solder connectors with bell wire on them. Used for interfacing certain sensors with the real world.

No I do not have any software for it that I know at the moment. By its self the card IMO is worth 25-45.
