Hey all! This is my first post since 2018. Always been a Mac enthusiast but turned into a lurker when needed for about 6 years. My trusty PowerMac 7300 which works great, needs a few improvments. I want to add a fan in the PCI card area so I can mount it on my DOS card (the Pentium 166 version so it runs HOT). Right next to this area is a connector for a fan (I think its location J39). I want to know if I can adapt any of my many 3 wire CPU fans to run off this connector. Does anyone know the pinout or if I need to find a special 4 wire fan that natively plugs into that connector?
