I have been given a 3400 a couple of months ago, repaired and so far is working great.

I have also been given a Macally USB card this afternoon, the USB 1.4.1 installer doesn't work but i have been told that you can simply copy the rights extensions, anyone have those somewhere ?

Edit:

Just tried with the 9.2.2 usb extensions on a Kanga running 9.0.2. it works :)

But I had to do a bit of "plastic removing" on my clone card. Like so :

The card just mount to the desktop with the right USB logo on it, but the USB support 1.4.1 installer just says not suported on this computer....

I have seen somewhere that an installer was hacked to work for all models...

Galgot, can you have a look at the extensions and make a copy for me ? can probably have a try at manually copying those to the 3400..

Here :
USB_drivers-MacOS-9.2.2.sit

I took these on my Lombard's 9.2.2, and put it in a Kanga running 9.0.4.

Edit : Strange...

Just tried these on a 3400c/240 running 9.1 Fr (the USB extensions are not there on this one...).

It doesn't even sees the card !

Going to check for the same extensions from a 9.1 Fr install...

Re-Edit : Sorry these work well too on the 3400c/240 running 9.1 Fr.

Just had to reboot twice... now loaded, and Usb mouse working.
