Power PC G3 266 with a ... audio, modem, USB and display ports

The USB and FireWire PCI cards are aftermarket but the audio/modem “personality card” panel is stock (it’s audio only though, the modem card is not present hence the lack of port). There were upgrade versions with more A/V IO.

the one next to the three PCI cards with the audio ports on the back? That's the personality card, which pretty much contains the model-specific I/O.
Service Source page 71 says "Voltage Regulator".
