PB180c fails to start

Two (or three) procedures come to mind:
1) PRAM reset (although it could be moot if you don't get the chime at all)
2) Power manager reset type 1: Remove all power, wait 3-5 minutes, then connect AC but it sounds like the second mode might be more useful.
3) With a paperclip, hold down both the Reset and Interrupt buttons on the rear for 5-10 seconds.
With all power sources removed, maybe the manager needs a reset.

Leave it plugged in, without battery for a while - see if it boots then. Some rarely used 1x0 machines I've come across take some coaxing to revive, often starting for a moment, power down then become longer lasting. The PB 180c also has a fuse which often dies and an be shunted with thick gage wire.
Another weak point is the PSU, then DC jack, and ensuring the CPU daughter card is reseated and shimmed properly.

Thank you, I have tried these methods, nothing happens, this machine looks very new, but nothing happens when plugged in, nothing at all.
Where is the fuse, where can I find it, I have browsed some webpages, and I saw someone plugged in the wrong power supply and caused the d15 to burn out (model 180). Is it d15?thank you.
Hello, I can't find an original power adapter. I used a multimeter to measure the voltage of the power adapter is about 7.79.
