PB 2300c display screw covers

I am currently restoring my 2300c and will be 3d printing a new standoff for the front bezel as the original standoff crumbled against my attempt to repair it, I want to replace the little plastic screw covers and I am unsure of how to source originals/ recreate them

The plastic tabs? I'll tell you what: I have the tabs from my 2300c. The replacement screen on eBay, I think I'm going to get it...it looks like there are somewhat mangled but intact tabs on there. I can source those to you if they arrive to me. I know, canadian shipping and all that but if someone here has one of those forwarding-address tricks perhaps we could work something. Anyhow, if it is helpful to you, let me know.
