New Store items?

I think that one of the problems that we've had making anything with the 68kMLA logo on it before is that it includes the old Apple logo, and we would need legal permission from them first, and they aren't keen on giving those rights away for free to every goofy internet collection of Mac geeks 
Yes, as has been said before, we can't have items with the current 68kMLA "logo" on it since it invades Apple's copyright. I'd love to have a new logo that was really our own. If anyone wants to design one then feel free.
As for new items. I'll add them as I, or anybody else, designs them! I'm always open for ideas for new products. Those current ones are just some simple things I threw together when I was bored one afternoon.
One limitation of the free Cafepress account is that you can only have one of each item in the store. Which is a shame, as I'd love to do other badges with other vintage icons on them in the style of the Happy Mac one. However, since we haven't sold a SINGLE item from the store yet, I'm reluctant to upgrade to a paying account!
I pay for the server space this site uses and the retrochallenge.net domain out of my own wallet. I believe Alex pays for the 68kmla.org one out of his, though it may have been partly funded by donations from before -- I can't really remember. Any contributions whether through PayPal donations or purchases through the store are always appreciated to help pay for the upkeep [

I'd buy one of the hats but I'd never wear it. I love the button and might be getting one sometime.
Might be good to make the store more prominent, the only link to it on the whole site is a tiny little one, the last one in a row of many similar ones. Putting it on a new line and making it slightly larger/bold would probably increase visibility.

I would buy a shirt if it:
1. Was black
2. Had a small 68KMLA logo on the upper left breast area
3. Had the same logo, but larger on the back.
4. Made no mention of feets or anything else not "pure" Apple.
I just ordered a button, but not sure if it went through or not. I will need to check my e-mail shortly.
