Need help pointing to strange video problem on SE/30

hey maybe we should change the resistor networks and see if that helps my good man?
i know that is a issue, but that is about all i can shot gun right now , i know techknight has one of JDW's boards that is doing something like this to.
Can you do that good buddy…? I don't have any networks right now.
i could remove some from that se.30 parts board but that is extra annoying.
Also i think the one you have has a different video pattern on the screen, can you post a picture of that one's screen?

i think the cheapest i saw networks for was 1.68 a piece but you had to buy 20.
yeah for sure on those ram slots. never had slots break apart like that on me.
the leaky cap goo really tore this board up. - The funny thing is, now i have it all patched up it works great.

Its not the resistor network, at least not on JDW's board.
Check the ROM Select function from the GLU. Make sure the ROM is getting moved to 0000 on boot, JDWs is not. Why? bad GLU or possible bad co-processor preventing the main processor from running.
What we need is get bbraun or doug3 to make a custom firmware that boots the machines and tests all addressing/hardware functions primitively, and flash an LED a code where it fails.

There's also a way to enter diagnostic mode via SCSI, I just haven't gotten to looking at that yet.

Yes so far at-least 5 se/30s have been shot gun diagnosed / fixed that I know of. either directly by me or indirectly from me sending links to your pictures!

Ones I have actually fixed with schematics and meter and wasting hours and hours. I have lost count by now many many
Recapped at least around 60+ just SE30's by now with about 65 to 70 % being fixed just from a good wash and new caps, And the rest 30 to 35 % needed additional bench work, and I would say out of all that there has been only about 6 boards total I could not fix, 4 of those are what I'm sending you 1 went back to customer an probably ended up on the wall , the other was cc333s parts board on my floor lol, I have rescued like 5 boards from the parts of that, Adb fuse/ Adb filter / network filter / ue8 / scsi chip! I used the swim from it too but turned out it wasn't bad.
Total Mac boards? Wow no clue tons!
Se/30 boards seems to me, most likely to need more then caps, when sent in for a recap!
