Multiplayer games over localtalk?

So my nephews are coming today and I was wondering if there's any multiplayer game over localtalk network. Ideally for 68K. I know that The Oregon Trail CD version had some kind of network playing, but I don't think my nephews will be very excited about. Do you know about something?

There's no network multiplayer game that I've played more than Marathon (and Marathon 2 and Marathon Infinity)

It is a first-person shooter and may or may not be appropriate to your nephew's ages.

As has likely been said elsewhere, Bolo is one of the foremost classic AppleTalk games. Also, SuperMazeWars is another classic.

Totally forgot about SuperMazeWars! Didn't know it had AppleTalk support though.

I wanted to play it in a Portable, anyway I'll give it a look, I like FPS nowadays.

Yes, SuperMazeWars was included on many Macs expressly because it was an easy network game to include.

WarCraft II runs on 68k, if you have a very fast 68k  

Pararena (the 2.0 version) has head-to-head network support and should run fine on a portable. 

Spectre and bolo were already mentioned, but I have to plug them, both are top notch. As young kids we used to play bolo as if it were minecraft,  building out elaborate maps and towns. A lot of depth and ways to play that one. While Spectre is a great for "pick up and play a round". 

If you get into PPC land, Future Cop: LAPD has an astonishingly fun networked head-to-head mode. There's tons of options for PPC but that one is a lesser-known favorite that my brothers and I spent countless hours playing back in the day.

Pararena seems the kind of game I'm looking for. I have a PPC, an upgraded PowerBook 540c, and then an iBook clamshell and a Wallstreet PowerBook, playing those 68K/PPC games on a G3 often give some issues, and it feels quite strange to me, to play 2D (or fake 3D) games on such "modern" machines.
