Monitor Question

Hi everyone,

I just got my hands on some Apple gear, a 6100, LCII and a couple monitors. I have a Color Plus display (M1787) and a Trinitron Color display (M1212). The Trinitron unfortunately has the video cable cut off. I've taken it apart and it seems the cable is modular. Would I be able to remove the cable from the other monitor (which also has a connector on the inside) and use it in the Trinitron monitor?

Well I took them both apart, and they use different size connectors, so I guess that's a no go. The newer monitor has fewer wires on the connector as well I noticed.
