Mini vMac roms

I've been reading about the latest version of mini vmac and it says that there is some support for color if you use a mac II rom.... where can i find a mac II rom?

You can find it using the CopyROM application (included with Mini vMac) on your very own Macintosh II computer.

If you don't own a Mac II, what you're asking for is unlicensed software, and we don't do that here.
