MDD 1.25 GHz Dual decided to start working

So a few months ago I got a dead MDD 1.25 GHz Dual from the non-profit recycler for $50.

I figured it was bad PSU and shelved it. At the same time I also got a working MDD 1 GHz single.

Today I decided to try swapping the PSUs to see if I can revive the Dual. I tried the Dual one last time, lo and behold it decided it's going to work.

So I got a Dual MDD 1.25 GHz, 1.25 GB RAM for $50. This will be my Tiger machine at the apartment.

I had that same exact issue with my gigabit. Don't know what it was, but I guess a few months without power to drain from the capacitors and whatnot fixes it.

Sweet deal though.

Nice.

Those are great machines, and plenty fast too. Tiger should run very nicely on that.
