The only way to do that is to secure the chip fast and still and with a pair of needle nose pliers is to grab the pin and yank it straight out.
Another way is to try to pry the chip off the board without desoldering the pins first.

That's what I was thinking, but I figured I'd just take what he was saying at face value to try and help him how he appeared to want to be helped.
