Macintosh Portable repair attempt

Hello! i recently bought my second macintosh portable

I did the full recap of the motherboard, but sadly the mac is not booting properly.

When turning on, the screen is glitched and the booting sound is lopped sometimes and we can also see some error code but it's too fast

Any idea about the problem ?

What are you using as a power supply? The original Portable AC adapter doesn't provide enough current to run the Portable unless a good battery is installed.

i use the original one but my first macintosh portable work properly with it, which power supply i need tho?

Update: it stopped powering on for a while and now it does this
