Macintosh Plus 1Mb - Blank Screen with White Dot in Middle Of Screen

Found a Macintosh Plus for a really nice deal in my town; however, when I turn it on, all I see is a tiny white dot exactly in the center of the screen. Has anybody had this issue before? What is it possibly caused by, and how can I fix it?

Probably the connector to the crt is faulty or not properly set. 

Have a look at the four wires on the side of the crt going to the top of the AB board

Thanks for the tip! I pushed on the connector a bit and then turned the computer back on and the screen comes on properly now. Unfortunately the floppy seems to be broken so I'll be looking into that next...
