Macintosh II (moving lines on TFT while loading)

Hi there, is it normal that I can see white flickering lines on my TFT when accessing the internal hard-disk.
It seems that it is only when loading. What could the be?

Which DB15->VGA adapter and which TFT monitor are you using?
Which video card is installed in your Mac II?

256color 8Bit card that is exactly for the macintosh II.
The dip-settings on the adapters seems to be ignored.
I only get a picture on my benq bl702...every other TFT does not work.

Would be interesting what causes this "interference" on the bus?
