What's your video card look like?

My video card is 820-0600 macintosh display card , i tested on another working Macintosh IIx with high resolution monitor 13" and it is perfectly working , i have tested the other video board i have on the other Macintosh ( the computer is to my parents ) and on this macintosh is not working, i think maybe the problem is in UC7  TIT939 BF ALS 651  pin 12 ( ground)  is broken i'll try to fix it as Elfen suggested me , if the matter will not solved maybe i'll try to change it ( the other working Macintosh IIx i own has TI835BF ALS651 ,  can be replaced with 74ALS651? 

Tomorrow i'll test with monitor after having soldered damaged leg of UC7 and let you know

Problem Solved! Macintosh IIx is now back to life!  repaired  UC7 with a lot of patient as Elfen suggested me ( thank you man!!)
