Mac Classic II analog board

i have a classic 2 system, aparently it was working, but now when i got it, it's completly dead.
when power is connected and switch flipped, its dead, 240v is going through the fuse and bridge rectifier, but nothing on the interconnector and no hv.

this is my first crack at a mac repair

Welcome thecaver,

Check voltages at the floppy connector; it will need a complete recap of the analog board + motherboard (cap goo can go like honey also needs deep clean of the board). Then replace QP1 - CNY17G, TDA4605 and IRFBC40 (optoisolator, power control and MOSFET respectfully) usually in this order. Diodes x 2 @ DP3 and DP4 another point to check.
