Think I found it on archive.org. I took the file off the cd and converted it into pict then jpgs then a readable PDF, it is attached as well as a zip with the jpgs.
I remember writing an MPW script (in 2001) to use world.altavista.com to translate text strings from resources (STR#, MENU, etc.) from Japanese to English. I used Internet Explorer because Netscape’s save as text did not convert from UTF-8 to Shift-JIS. I used Personal Web Sharing to serve the source text to the web translator.
