Lisa Power Supply Help

Can anyone tell me what the values are of this capacitor?? It is a vintage film capacitor... It's for a Lisa power supply at C13

It's from the top - Brown - Black - Yellow - White - Red stripes

I have to replace it a fragment fell off the side of it.. you can't see it in the pic... worried it will all crumble...
