In my garage I found an old Mac SE that I had acquired from a trade on an e-mail list two years ago. I used it for exactly one thing--a demonstration speech in public speaking. I took the entire thing apart before class and for my speech built an SE in front of the entire class. I also pulled the 1MB SIMMs out of it last fall.
Today I outfitted it with 2MB and decided to power it up. Finally got to play with it a little bit--has a 60MB hard drive, the original Mac Man game, a few old pieces of software, and SoundMaster, which I spent a lot of time messing around with.
I think I'll take it up to 4MB and place it in the "use on the network" group--in addition to the five that are up I have three other compacts counting this one. It's also the only one with an 800K drive in that group. I may have another SuperDrive board so that might change soon.
