It started when I was in the thrift store looking for parts, saw an orange iMac g3 keyboard. I then for some reason wanted the orange iMac 
) .
Came home, found a craigslist ad for an orange 400mhz iMac DV g3 for $35. It came with the stock mouse, keyboard and restore discs. I was told it has been sealed in a tub inside a garage since 2005. Looks like new! A 60 mile round trip. I wouldn't do this for any other color imac because this one makes me smell oranges just by looking at it, amazing!!!
A new slot load drive seems to be in order xx(
I had to install the system in a G4 tower and put it inside the iMac
Added some ram and a new hard disk so - the stock Apple 10GB Maxtor is free to anyone who wants to pay the shipping (probably stick to USA)
